「靈動的目光」由跨世紀的百人共創，串連臺南跨世代創造能量。內容結合廟宇傳藝的人間國寶、傳世的南管與古調、多元族群、嘻哈饒舌、以及校園活力，以現場長達85米巨大的光雕藝術，邀請觀眾一起透視眾神之都深厚的文化底蘊，以及流轉四百年的臺南都市傳奇。

 

由藝術總監陳怡潔以及音樂總監王希文，跨界合作「靈動的目光」，靈感來自於大臺南會展中心的建築，其獨特的鯨魚腹造型成為創作的基石。儘管這座建築並非古蹟，但其設計概念和牆面上的條紋仍呼應著歷史的流轉。臺南作為臺灣最古老的城市之一，也意味著臺南悠久的歷史是臺灣人文化根源的象徵。藝術家陳怡潔將原鯨魚腹造型的建築特色賦予一種富有意象的眼睛形狀。透過光雕藝術讓人們可以透視臺南四百年的歷史，並展望未來。

 

"Phoenix Eyes" is a collaboration created by a hundred individuals over the centuries, connecting the creative energy of Tainan. The content integrates the traditional craft art in temples embodied by National Living Treasures, the legacy of Nanguan and ancient music,

ethnic diversity, hip-hop, rap, and student energy. With a massive 85-meter mapping projection show, the audience is invited to delve into the profound cultural heritage of Tainan, the City of Gods, and the urban legend over four centuries.

 

Art director Agi Chen and music director Owen Wang collaborated across fields to bring "Phoenix Eyes" alive, drawing inspiration from the unique architecture of ICC Tainan. Despite not being a historical site, the design concept and the patterns on its walls still reflect Tainan’s rich history. Agi Chen uses the gray portion of the building, originally representing a whale's abdomen, to craft an imaginative eye-shaped mapping projection, unfolding the unique history of Tainan. Through the mapping projection show “Phoenix Eyes”, Tainan 400 is vividly presented, providing the audience with insight into the city’s spirit and looking forward to the future. As one of Taiwan's oldest cities, Tainan 400 represents the history of Taiwan, making it a symbol of our cultural roots.
